Secure Document Vault

Your legal status documents, stored privately and securely

How Your Documents Are Protected

We take concrete measures to keep your sensitive documents private throughout the PIBA process.

Encrypted Connection

All data travels between you and the vault over a 256-bit encrypted connection (TLS 1.3).

Access Controls

SMS verification at login and role-based access ensure only authorized partners can view your documents.

Private Storage

Your documents are kept in private, access-restricted storage that is never publicly accessible.

Important Note

This service provides secure document storage and sharing capabilities only. We do not provide legal services, negotiate on your behalf, or mediate communications with lawyers.

All legal consultations, fees, and services are arranged directly between you and your chosen lawyer.

Interview-Ready Handover Package

Beyond sharing, we prepare a complete handover of everything you've submitted: downloadable PDFs, grouped and organized by category, checked for consistency, with missing documents clearly flagged. When you need physical copies — such as the original documents required for your first interview — everything is ready to print and bring.

Why this matters

PIBA is strict. Even one incorrect document — an Arnona form for the wrong year, for example — can be recorded in your file as "missing documents", and delivering it a few days later may still be noted as non-compliance. Arriving complete the first time protects your process.
