We are you!

We are a couple who went through the Gradual Process ourselves, from a B/2 tourist visa to A/5 temporary residence. We sat through the interviews, more of them than we expected. We were ordered to leave the country. We filed an appeal with the Appeals Tribunal, and we won it. And through all of it we struggled with the documents: what to bring, in what form, how recent, and the same questions again at every renewal.

We know what it takes, because it happened to us. The stress of the interviews, the questions about every paper, the fear of a missing page. Looking back, one thing decided the outcome: we had been extremely careful with our documentation. Had we not been, we would have lost.

That is why IsraelVisa exists. It gives couples what we wished we had: a personal document list for your track, form wizards that compile the file ready for upload to the Population and Immigration Authority, and a secure vault that keeps everything in one place, so that you can file yourselves and prove your case at every stage. If something unusual comes up, independent lawyers are there, but only if you need one.

IsraelVisa does not give legal advice and does not represent you before the Authority. Most couples file on their own. Consulting one of the lawyers you can find here is optional; they are independent and are not employed by IsraelVisa.
