How and when refunds are processed

Refund Calculation | חישוב החזר

  • 100% refund within 14-day cooling-off period
  • The statutory cancellation fee (5% or 100 ₪) is waived — a full refund means 100%.
  • Within 14 days of each payment, the whole amount is refunded — by the “Cancel order” button in your account, or by writing to support at info@israelvisa.co.il
  • After the 14 days there is no automatic refund; any other request is handled by e-mail with our admin team
